Instead of simply reporting the issues, our engineering team prepared a detailed DFM report explaining why these points mattered and how they could affect future mass production.

  • FCT Testing: Confirming complete product functionality through final testing.

During the visit, the customer gained a clearer understanding that PCBA quality is created through the entire manufacturing process, not only through final inspection.

How Did We Answer the Customer's Warranty Concern?

During the factory discussion, the customer asked an important question that many electronics companies care about:

"How do you handle product warranty after mass production?"

Our answer was simple: the best warranty is preventing problems before products leave the factory.
