Engineering Review Before Mixed Assembly

Mixed-process boards require detailed engineering review. XWONDER evaluates component spacing, soldering feasibility, thermal sensitivity, wave soldering direction, fixture requirements, and inspection methods to reduce risks such as solder bridging, insufficient solder, component tilt, heat damage, and poor consistency.
