01 Production Planning & Material Management
We support capacity planning, BOM-based material preparation, incoming quality control, moisture-sensitive device management, and work-order-based material feeding to reduce production delays and line-side material risks.
02 SMT and DIP Assembly
Our production process covers solder paste printing, SPI, high-speed placement, reflow soldering, AOI, through-hole insertion, wave soldering, manual touch-up, and secondary processes such as depanelization, conformal coating, dispensing, or potting when required.
03 Testing and Quality Gates
To improve production consistency, we support ICT, FCT, firmware programming, calibration, burn-in testing when required, final inspection, and outgoing quality control before shipment.
