The XW05CN is an intelligent vehicle information collection terminal developed for connected vehicle and IoV applications. It integrates 4G LTE communication, GPS/BeiDou positioning, OBD vehicle data acquisition, a built-in 3-axis sensor, and intelligent low-power control in a compact automotive device.
The terminal supports real-time vehicle tracking, operating data collection, fault diagnosis, driving behavior monitoring, remote parameter configuration, and vehicle status reporting, making it suitable for fleet management, automotive services, vehicle manufacturers, and connected mobility applications.
XW05CN combines positioning, wireless communication, vehicle-bus data acquisition, sensing, and embedded processing to provide a unified vehicle monitoring solution. The device can collect vehicle operating data, analyze selected vehicle conditions, and transmit information to remote service platforms for tracking and management.
LTE communication supports remote data transmission between the vehicle terminal and connected service platforms.
Dual-system satellite positioning provides real-time location, tracking, speed, and timing information.
Vehicle data streams can be collected and processed for operational monitoring, diagnostics, and status analysis.
The terminal uses an STM32-based control platform and a vehicle data acquisition algorithm to read and process OBD information. It supports vehicle operation monitoring as well as functions such as fault-code detection and VIN reading.
Acquire and process vehicle operating data for connected diagnostics and vehicle management applications.
Support remote vehicle fault monitoring and abnormal-condition reminders through connected platforms.
Read vehicle identification information for vehicle identification and management systems.
Monitor operating conditions such as speed, coolant temperature, ignition status, and selected vehicle parameters.
Vehicle-bus data can be used to calculate fuel consumption, mileage, and speed for fleet and management applications.
Connected platforms can receive vehicle operating information and provide abnormal fault reminders.
The device combines LTE wireless communication with GPS and BeiDou positioning. Built-in antennas simplify vehicle integration while supporting remote vehicle tracking and data transmission.

A built-in 3-axis acceleration sensor enables the terminal to detect vehicle motion and posture changes. Combined with embedded algorithms, it can support driving-behavior analysis and abnormal vehicle-condition monitoring.
Detect sudden acceleration behavior through real-time acceleration data.
Monitor rapid deceleration events for driving behavior analysis.
Identify selected vehicle posture changes during driving.
Use acceleration information to support abnormal impact detection.
Support vehicle-speed monitoring and configurable overspeed alerts.
Monitor vehicle power conditions and support abnormal power alerts.
Connected vehicle terminals must continue working reliably even when vehicle power states and wireless coverage change.
XW05CN uses intelligent sleep and wake-up logic to reduce average system power consumption. It also supports offline FLASH storage and blind-zone data retransmission, allowing operating data to be temporarily stored when wireless communication is unavailable and uploaded after the connection recovers.
The device adjusts its reporting behavior according to vehicle operating status, helping balance real-time data requirements with power consumption.
